What Will I Do as a CTC/CEC?
As a Guide Level Coach, you'll work with more than one scrum team, leaders, and management to focus outcomes and impacts rather than outputs.

This program comprises small group mentoring guided by Scrum Alliance® Certified Coaches. Join from anywhere in the world as each session is via the zoom platform. You get to share your pain points with others, coach and be coached and get feedback from your peers and your mentor.

The program contains five modules, including:
- Professional Coaching
- Coaching Appoach
- Coaching the organsiation
- Growing as a Coach
- System Coaching
- 1:1 support with the Part 1 of your application
The schedule also has several dates built in for breaks, like holidays.
Throughout the course, you will have one-on-one coaching times, peer and coach review of your CTC application, priceless peer-to-peer feedback and coaching, and, of course, 3 months of detailed learning materials to broaden and deepen your agile coaching skills.
NOTE: Participation in this program DOES NOT guarantee a CTC or CEC certification. It will prepare you for the application journey to become a Guide Level Coach. How do I Join?

About your Mentor/Instructor
Kemmy Raji is the Scrum Alliance's first female Guide Level in Canada. She holds the Certified Enterprise (CEC) Coach and Certified Team Coach (CTC) certifications. She has a background in Management and a Master's Degree in International Development. In addition, she has gained coaching and facilitation certifications such as Coactive, ORSC, ICAgile ACC and ATF. Kemmy holds the ICF-PCC from the International Coaching Federations.
As a CTC/CEC holder, Kemmy has experience of how the application system and process works. She also has experience reviewing and supporting people through their application.
For more than 15years, Kemmy continues to coach the Executives around their Business and agile transformation while working with teams to explore different ways of working efficiently. She has, to name but a few, worked within Crown corporations, Healthcare, Fintech, Banking, Insurance sectors.
She is passionate about contributing to and impacting the agile community across the world. Kemmy does this by volunteering at events, speaking at conferences, and meetups and blogging her experience on her personal website. In Canada, Kemmy is the founder of the Discovering Agile Community, a platform that aims to enlighten the community about agile through organizing events.
Outside of the agile community, Kemmy is the Founder of APTEI, an NGO based in Nigeria that helps to keep children from disadvantaged backgrounds in school. Her vision is to alleviate poverty through education and transform the lives of children by securing their future.
